Common questions

What counts as a credit?

One credit is one request to Claude — one rewrite, summary, or reply. Regenerating uses another credit.

What happens when I run out?

The app tells you and offers two options: wait for your next billing period, or switch to your own API key in Settings. Nothing is charged automatically.

Is my text stored?

No. In credits mode your text passes through our server only to reach Claude. We don’t store or log it; we keep your email and credit balance. With your own API key, requests skip our server entirely.

How do I cancel?

Open your account page and choose Manage subscription. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
